When an alarm requires physical attendance, AURA coordinates the appropriate security responder based on your agreed response setup.

The responder attends the site, investigates the incident and follows your site-specific instructions, with the response tracked through to completion.

The setup process includes a site risk assessment and key handover, followed by the creation of a digital site record containing access details, site information and responder instructions. This helps ensure the attending security officer has the information they need before arriving on site.
