AURA keyholding gives your business a reliable way to manage site attendance without relying on employees. Responders can attend for unexpected incidents such as alarm activations, as well as scheduled services such as unlocking or securing a site.

When an alarm requires physical attendance, AURA coordinates the appropriate security responder based on your agreed response setup. The responder attends the site, investigates the incident and follows your site-specific instructions, with the response tracked through to completion.

The setup process includes a site risk assessment and key handover, followed by the creation of a digital site record containing access details, site information and responder instructions.

This helps ensure the attending security officer has the information they need before arriving on site.

Keys are handled through controlled processes designed to maintain a clear record of when they are accessed and to help ensure they remain secure and accounted for.

AURA’s keyholding process includes recorded key access and regular key-integrity checks.

Yes. As well as responding to alarms, AURA can provide scheduled security attendance for services such as opening and securing your sites at agreed times.

Your ARC can either connect to AURA directly and send response requests digitally, or add AURA’s control room as the first designated keyholder on your site record.

That means you can move to AURA without having to overhaul your existing alarm or monitoring setup.
