Joining is simple. Any roadside assistance operator that meets our quality and documentation requirements can apply to become an AURA response partner. Once approved, you’ll get access to the AURA Responder App, Dispatch Portal software, and all training materials.

The Responder App (available on Android, iOS, and Huawei) notifies responders of nearby incidents using AURA’s smart dispatch algorithm.
When you accept a callout, the app:
1. Provides full incident details and GPS navigation.Tracks your route to the scene.
2. Updates the control centre and client in real time.
3. Allows you to upload reports and images while on the scene of a response.
This system ensures accountability, transparency, and faster coordination between control rooms, responders, and clients.
To join the network, your organisation must have a valid NTSA inspection certificate, valid comprehensive insurance, and a licensed driver with an up-to-date driver’s licence. Requirements may vary by region.
Responders are paid per completed callout or through pre-agreed contractual rates, depending on the partnership model. Detailed reports and earnings summaries are available via the AURA Portal, providing full payment transparency and performance analytics
