When your hardware detects a breach, and the ARC confirms the need for a call-out, AURA’s engine automates the dispatch of the nearest security responder.

Activation

A PIR or camera beam (BS 8418) triggers a signal to the ARC

Confirmation

The ARC operator verifies the incident and, if a physical presence is required, activates the AURA dispatch.

Smart Dispatch

Our platform identifies the closest responder based on live tracking and routes them to the site instantly.

Resolution

The responder gets on their way (often within 60 seconds), stabilises the site, and sends a full digital report to the ARC and the Installer.
