Yes. As the integrator, you own the billing relationship. You bundle AURA into your monthly service fee at a rate that fits your business model.

We maintain rigorous compliance and vetting standards for our responder network, ensuring they meet the specific licensing and insurance requirements for the jurisdictions in which they operate.

Because we integrate at the monitoring center and SaaS level, AURA is hardware-agnostic, working with any panel that communicates with our partner portals.

Start with registering your interest by clicking on the Join the program button on this page. We will then send you an onboarding form that captures all the detail we need to establish the correct rate for your sites. We then get in touch and send you a partner agreement to discuss and sign. And as soon as that’s done, we give you access to the AURA integrator portal and tools and you can start loading sites.

For commercial and residential alarm response, we offer you an unlimited callout monthly subscription rate for each site.  With regard to video monitoring; address rate and per response rates are agreed depending on the use case. You can then charge this on to your customers at whatever margin you want.

Our unlimited plan is designed to give you and your customers total peace of mind during real alarm callouts. However, to keep our responders available for those who truly need them, we apply a "Fair Use" policy.

This model is available for commercial and residential alarm response only.

Video monitoring is on a subscription and per-response model.

If your customer purchases an unlimited or subscription-based response model, such access is subject to reasonable and customary industry usage. Your customer agrees not to use the services in a manner that is excessive, abusive, fraudulent, automated beyond intended design, or inconsistent with normal real-time alarm activity for similarly situated customers. AURA reserves the right to review usage patterns and, upon written notice, (i) convert the customer to a pooled or per-response pricing model, (ii) assess additional fees for excessive usage, or (iii) suspend or terminate the applicable unlimited plan if usage materially exceeds reasonable commercial expectations.
