AURA was also presented with the People’s Choice Innovation Awards, voted for by ESX attendees.

The awards recognise outstanding products and services that are helping drive the electronic security and life safety industry forward.

Presented annually as part of the Electronic Security Expo (ESX), the awards celebrate technologies and service providers that help dealers, integrators, monitoring professionals, and enterprise security teams improve operational performance, customer outcomes, and long-term business growth.

AURA was recognised for its scalable response platform, which connects alarm events to real-world intervention through a nationwide network of licensed private security responders. The platform enables monitoring centres and security providers to dispatch the nearest available responder within seconds using intelligent dispatch technology that accounts for proximity, availability, and live operating conditions.

As a winner of the Remote Guarding and Incident Response award, AURA was invited to participate in the prestigious ESX Innovation Awards Showcase, which took place on 1st June. AURA was also one of six companies invited to ESX’ TechVision Challenge to give a “shark tank” style pitch. Following the pitches, ESX attendees voted on the company they believe “represents the most exciting, impactful, and innovative solution” - with AURA coming out on top.

AURA’s platform was highlighted for its demonstrated measurable operational impact across the security ecosystem. AURA reduces average response times to under 18 minutes and has contributed to a 22% increase in positive incident resolutions. At the same time, automation and integration capabilities deliver a 74% efficiency gain for alarm center staff by eliminating manual coordination and dispatch processes.
