AURA, a life saving technology platform making emergency response services more accessible and affordable, today announces the appointment of Sareesha Naidoo as Global Operations Director.

In her new role, Beharilal Naidoo will lead AURA’s global operations function, with a focus on building scalable, intelligent systems that support the company’s rapid international growth. She will oversee the alignment of people, processes, and technology across markets, strengthening execution as AURA continues to expand rapidly across Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Beharilal Naidoo brings extensive experience in leading and scaling complex operations, with a background spanning education, audit, finance, and large-scale data operations. She has held senior leadership roles managing global teams, with a strong focus on operational design, efficiency, and data-led decision-making.

At AURA, she will focus on simplifying global operations, while leveraging data and technology to improve decision-making and unlock capacity within teams. Her appointment reflects AURA’s continued investment in operational excellence as it scales its real-time emergency response network globally.
