With AURA handling the operational and technical complexity behind the scenes, Samsung was able to move quickly while focusing on a seamless user experience and strong brand integration.
Launching first on the Galaxy A-series allowed Samsung to refine and battle-test the end-to-end response chain in a controlled environment, creating a proven foundation for expansion across the wider Galaxy ecosystem.
