Joining is simple. If you’re a licensed security company, you can apply to become an AURA response partner. Once approved, you’ll receive access to the AURA Responder App, Dispatch Portal software and training materials.

2. How does the AURA Responder App work?

The Responder App (available on Android, iOS, and Huawei) notifies responders of nearby incidents using AURA’s smart dispatch algorithm. 


When you accept a callout, the app:

1. Provides full incident details and GPS navigation.

2. Tracks your route to the scene.Updates the control center and client in real time.

3. Allows you to upload reports and images while on the scene of a response.

This system ensures accountability, transparency, and faster coordination between control rooms, responders, and clients.

3. What are the requirements to join?

To join the network, your organisation must have the appropriate local licenses and certifications, maintain a reliable fleet with trained personnel, meet AURA’s response-time and service-level standards, and use GPS-enabled devices with active data connectivity for dispatch and tracking. Requirements may vary by region.

4. How are responders compensated?

Responders are compensated per completed callout or through pre-agreed contractual rates, depending on the partnership model. Detailed reports and earnings summaries are available in the AURA Portal for full transparency and performance insights.

5. In which regions does AURA operate?

AURA currently operates across South Africa, the U.K., Kenya, and the U.S., with expanding coverage in additional regions. Each response partner receives access to region-specific support and performance insights to maintain consistent service quality.
